What the client needed to solve
A residential architect in Indore had completed design development in AutoCAD but needed to submit a full BIM model to the developer's contractor. The contractor's BIM requirement specified a LOD 300 Revit model with coordinated floor plans, elevations, sections and room schedules. The project had a three-week deadline before the contractor's tender close. The architect had no in-house Revit capacity and could not afford to delay or hire a full-time Revit modeller for a single project.
How The Zenith Visions delivered
The Zenith Visions received the complete AutoCAD DWG file set on Day 1. After a 2-hour scope call to confirm LOD requirements, layer conventions and sheet setup preferences, we began modeling immediately. The architecture model was built wall-by-wall, family-by-family from the DWG geometry, with all elements carrying correct material and dimension parameters. Sheets were set up to the client's title block and submitted for review at Day 8, allowing a four-day review window and final delivery at Day 12.
