A mid-size mechanical and electrical engineering consultancy in the UK had secured five significant projects simultaneously — a combination of commercial fit-outs and residential developments — all requiring Revit MEP BIM deliverables. The firm had two Revit-competent engineers on staff, both committed to project management and design. They had neither the capacity nor the budget to hire additional in-house Revit staff on short notice, and the BIM requirements on all five projects were contractual.
