The terms that govern our BIM and architectural services.
These Terms & Conditions govern the BIM and architectural services provided by The Zenith Visions. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms set out below.
Services commence only under a mutually accepted written document, such as a proposal, contract or Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which defines the agreed scope and deliverables.
We offer flexible pricing structures to suit different engagements, including fixed, area-based, monthly, hourly and customized packages.
An advance of 50–100% is required before work begins. A surcharge of 3% per month applies to payments delayed beyond 10 days from the due date.
All outputs and deliverables remain the property of The Zenith Visions until full payment is received. Our internal assets, templates and methodologies remain our proprietary property at all times.
Standard engagements include one to two rounds of revisions. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted and billed separately.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate data, timely approvals and ensuring they have the legal authorization to share all materials and inputs.
We are not responsible for delays arising from incomplete or inaccurate inputs, nor for construction or compliance issues resulting from the direct use of our deliverables without appropriate professional verification.
Client information is held in encrypted cloud storage with limited, role-based access. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request.
We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of payment breaches or violations of the agreed project scope.
These terms are governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872, applicable United States State Laws, or English Contract Law, depending on the relevant jurisdiction.
Deliverables are produced in line with LOD 300–500 compliance using industry-standard tools and workflows.
We are exempt from liability for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
