Every model goes through a formal QA checklist: geometry accuracy, element categorisation, parameter completeness, sheet compliance and Navisworks clash review. Nothing is delivered unless it passes. You get a QA report with each submission so you can track what was checked.

Federated model review and clash resolution using Navisworks or BIM 360. Clash reports, coordination meeting support and resolved model delivery.
FAQs
What file types do you need to start a BIM modeling project?
We can start from PDFs, DWG drawings, point cloud data, sketches or an existing Revit file. We will assess what you provide and confirm the LOD we can achieve from that input.
Which Revit version do you work in?
We work in Revit 2022 through 2025 and can save down to older versions where needed. We always confirm the version with you before starting.
What is the typical turnaround for a BIM modeling project?
A single-discipline model for a medium-sized building typically takes 3 to 10 business days. Multi-discipline coordinated models take longer depending on complexity. We provide a firm schedule with every quote.
Do you follow ISO 19650 or BIM Execution Plan requirements?
Yes. We can work to a client-supplied BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and follow ISO 19650 naming and folder conventions. If you do not have a BEP, we use a standard template and share it for your review.
Can you handle large complex projects?
Yes. We have modeled hospitals, airports, high-rise towers and campus developments. We use worksets, linked models and phasing to manage complexity and maintain model performance throughout the project.
