Residential Building Permit
Project Overview
Developed for a 7,800 sq. ft. residential project in Utah, USA, this project highlights our expertise in preparing permit-ready architectural drawings backed by an accurate Revit BIM model and realistic visualization. The goal was a complete, well-organized drawing set that met local building code and submission requirements, so the client could move into the permit process with confidence.
We developed the design as a coordinated Revit model and produced every plan, elevation, section and detail directly from it, keeping the drawing set consistent through each design revision. Once the documentation was complete, we created photorealistic renderings in Lumion to present the home's timber-and-stone character before construction.
Our Scope of Work
- Architectural Permit Drawings – Prepared a complete, permit-ready drawing set, including plans, elevations, sections and details, in line with local building code and submission requirements.
- Revit BIM Modeling – Built an accurate Revit model of the residence to generate coordinated documentation and handle design revisions efficiently.
- Photorealistic Renderings – Produced high-quality renderings in Lumion to communicate the design intent to the client and stakeholders.
Project Highlights
- 7,800 sq. ft. residence documented for permit submission in Utah, USA.
