Project Overview

Designed for a 40,000 sq. ft. site with a 3,800 sq. ft. built-up area, this luxury farmhouse demonstrates our expertise in delivering efficient, safe, and construction-ready structural engineering solutions. Our focus was to develop an optimized structural system that complements the architectural intent while ensuring stability, durability, and cost-effective construction.

Using an integrated BIM workflow, the structural model was coordinated with architectural and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction. This collaborative approach minimized site rework, improved construction sequencing, and provided contractors with precise, coordinated documentation for seamless execution.

Our Scope of Work

  • Structural Design & Analysis – Complete structural design including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and roof systems, engineered in accordance with applicable design standards.
  • Structural BIM Modeling – Developed a highly accurate 3D structural model with coordinated reinforcement and framing elements for improved visualization and construction planning.
  • Structural Construction Documentation – Prepared detailed structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, schedules, foundation layouts, framing plans, and construction-ready documentation.
  • BIM Coordination – Coordinated the structural model with architectural and MEP disciplines to eliminate clashes and ensure efficient on-site execution.
