Community Hall
Project Overview
Developed for a 1,722 sq. ft. community hall, this project demonstrates our expertise in delivering BIM-driven construction documentation and coordinated execution models. Our role focused on transforming the approved design into an accurate, construction-ready BIM model while ensuring seamless coordination across disciplines for efficient on-site execution.
Using an integrated BIM workflow, we developed a highly detailed model that supported clash detection, design validation, and construction planning. Through close coordination with all project stakeholders, potential conflicts were identified and resolved before construction, minimizing site issues, reducing rework, and improving overall project efficiency.
Our Scope of Work
- BIM Modeling – Created an accurate 3D BIM model based on the approved architectural design to support construction and project coordination.
- Site Execution Modeling – Developed construction-ready models that enabled efficient site execution, sequencing, and improved visualization for contractors.
- Clash Detection & Coordination – Performed multidisciplinary clash detection using Navisworks to identify and resolve conflicts before construction.
- Construction Documentation Support – Generated coordinated BIM deliverables to facilitate accurate execution and streamlined communication among project teams.
