Project Overview

Developed for a 65,000 sq. ft. commercial mall in New York, this project focused on producing highly accurate façade shop drawings to support fabrication and on-site installation. Our team developed a coordinated LOD 350 façade model, ensuring every curtain wall component, opening, and fixing detail was precisely documented for seamless execution. The project emphasized constructability, dimensional accuracy, and clear communication between design, fabrication, and installation teams.

Using Revit, we created detailed façade documentation that incorporated curtain walls, doors, windows, and all associated fixing systems. Every drawing was prepared with fabrication-level precision, enabling efficient manufacturing, reducing site coordination issues, and supporting a smooth installation process.

Our Scope of Work

  • LOD 350 Façade Modeling – Developed a coordinated façade BIM model in Revit with detailed construction-level information.
  • Façade Shop Drawings – Prepared comprehensive shop drawings for curtain walls, glazing systems, doors, windows, and façade assemblies.
  • Revit Family Development – Created and refined parametric façade components to maintain consistency throughout the project.
  • Fixing & Connection Details – Documented brackets, anchors, fixing systems, and installation details required for fabrication and site execution.
  • Construction Documentation – Produced clear and coordinated drawings that facilitated fabrication, quality control, and installation workflows.

Project Highlights
