Project Overview
Developed for a 3,278 sq. ft. luxury bungalow, this project showcases our expertise in delivering integrated structural engineering and BIM solutions from design through construction. Our scope included developing a safe, efficient structural system while creating a coordinated BIM model to support accurate site execution and streamlined project delivery.
Leveraging a collaborative BIM workflow, we integrated structural and architectural models to perform clash detection, validate constructability, and optimize material usage before construction. This proactive approach minimized on-site conflicts, reduced rework, and provided contractors with reliable, construction-ready information for efficient execution.
Our Scope of Work
- Structural Design & Analysis – Designed the complete structural system, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and roof elements, ensuring compliance with applicable engineering standards.
- Structural BIM Modeling – Developed a detailed 3D BIM model to improve visualization, coordination, and construction planning throughout the project lifecycle.
- Clash Detection & Coordination – Conducted multidisciplinary clash detection using Navisworks to identify and resolve conflicts prior to construction.
- Material Take-Off (MTO) – Generated accurate quantity take-offs directly from the BIM model to support procurement, budgeting, and efficient material management.
- Site Execution Support – Delivered coordinated, construction-ready models and documentation to facilitate smooth on-site execution and improve construction sequencing.
